Role: UI/UX Designer, Sound Designer, Game Designer Date: November 2021 - January 2022
Project Development
The game was originally developed during the Ludum Dare 47 (72 hours JAM version). Afterward, we concluded a playtest to improve the flow of the game, and created a port on mobile. I recommend playing the mobile version as it is more polished than the other versions.
The core team consisted of 3 people plus we had an external soundtrack composer:
Jiri Filek - lead programmer, level designer
Martina Fuskova - UI/UX designer, game designer, sound designer
Eve - 2D artist
HaF - soundtrack composer
Responsibilities
Creating wireframes for all UI screens and elements.
Designing the control scheme for the mobile build
Collaborating with the rest of the team on design of the main gameplay, and designing several mechanics and levels
Taking responsibility for the sound design. Finding, editing and connecting SFX.
Conductinga UX experiment on the original web version and creating a mobile port based on the learnings. Adjusting the difficulty and order of the levels based on collected data from a playtest
Designing in-game tutorials that explain the main gameplay as well as the more advanced mechanics
