Smashing Four is a PvE mobile turn-based RPG with pool-like physics gameplay. Defeat enemies, battle bosses, join a guild, unlock new heroes and upgrade them to discover new abilities.

Project Development
The game is developed by Geewa, a mobile games developer based in Prague. I joined the team in December 2021 when the game was already in development.
My main responsibility was designing new content for the game such as heroes and their abilities, enemies, bosses and new stages. I was also implementing these in a proprietary visual programming tool.
Over the time, I took on additional responsibilities, such as prototyping new gameplay mechanics, helping with user research or taking part in system design.
I designed and implemented over 30 heroes, enemies and bosses, and concepted almost 100 more.
I prototyped or helped prototype the physics of the game, abilities featuring new gameplay mechanics, enemy targeting and enemy AI, and cooldowns.
I worked on systems such as the ability system, factions, tutorials or status effects.
